Dalton, a high school senior and beauty pageant contestant from Wilmington, N.C., where Hill is filmed, and Murray started dating in December.
Murray, 24, was previously married to Sophia Bush, a co-star on One Tree Hill. The pair split last September after five months of marriage. In February, Bush filed a petition seeking to annul their April 16, 2005, marriage on grounds of "fraud."
As for Bush, who still works on the set with her ex, "she’s moved on," a pal tells PEOPLE. "They have a professional relationship."
