Nicole Surprises Her Man

Nicole Richie and former fiancé Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein are still very much together. In fact, the petite Simple Life star threw him a surprise 33rd birthday party at Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas recently, where they hugged, kissed and gazed into each other's eyes.

The couple took a brief break from canoodling when Richie – who was clad in an elegant tangerine dress – mingled with pals (including her stylist Rachel Zoe) in a VIP booth and AM joined DJ Jazzy Jeff – whom he said "is the reason I DJ" – in the deejay booth. At 1:30 a.m., Richie grabbed the microphone to toast to her sweetie. "This is his eighth year of sobriety," she said. "I'm so proud of you. You've come so far and I love you so much."

Meanwhile, at the 31st birthday party for Black Eyed Peas frontwoman Fergie, she told us that she's blissfully happy with her beau, Las Vegas star Josh Duhamel. "He definitely does spoil me," she said about a romantic dinner the couple shared the night before at Geisha House, where they sampled sake. And the actor also surprised her with some birthday bling: a diamond cross by jeweler Sol Raphael. "It's huge," she said during her party at hot Hollywood club Citizen Smith. "It's the biggest piece of jewelry I've ever got in my life." So, what's her verdict on their future together? "He's a keeper, definitely."

• Lindsay Lohan, shopping with friends at Maxfield in Los Angeles. She gasped and screeched when she saw dresses she liked. When she spotted a jersey dress, she exclaimed, "My sister would love this." Her pal's response? "It's a $6,000 dress, Lindsay!"
