Paris's 'Disgusting' Simple Life Task | Paris Hilton
Even Paris Hilton draws the line sometimes. While filming a scene in a hospital delivery room for the fourth season of The Simple Life, the hotel heiress was asked to cut a baby's umbilical cord – but she refused. "I was like, 'I'll throw up if I do that – that's disgusting,' " she tells us. "I was having a panic attack." She was a lot more comfortable playing party planner for a lesbian wedding. "It was awesome – they came down the aisle on white horses. They had tuxes with corsets underneath them."

Hilton tackled all of her tasks for the new season solo: She and former BFF Nicole Richie hardly cross paths in the show (which airs in June). So, does she miss anything about her onetime pal? "Nothing, really," she says. And though The Simple Life will offer a peek into Hilton's personal life this time around, don't expect appearances from her boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos. "He hates being on camera – he's a very low-key guy." Opposites do attract.

Alicia Keys: Marathon Woman

She's a multiplatinum-selling artist, a Grammy winner and now Alicia Keys is adding marathon runner to her resume. The chart-topping singer plans on running a 26-miler in Greece later this year. "It's something that was calling me," she tells us. "I wanted to experience something in my life that I probably never would have before and that's one of them." To prepare, she's working her way up by recently completing her first 5K. "I was a little nervous, but I did it and it was fantastic."

• Keanu Reeves, being invited to join actor Sidney Poitier's table while both were eating at Spago in Beverly Hills. When Reeves got there, he was greeted with a big hug from Poitier.

• Sharon Stone, dining with a group of friends at Hollywood restaurant Memphis.

• Jessica Alba, hanging out with boyfriend Cash Warren at the launch party for skateboarder Stevie Williams' new DGK by RbK apparel and footwear collection at furniture store HD Buttercup's event space in L.A. The actress and her beau are pals with documentary director Jessy Terrero, whose film about Williams premiered at the event.
