Even when a movie star is in the house, Paris Hilton still manages to steal the spotlight. Recently at Las Vegas nightclub Tao, Star Wars actor Hayden Christensen was quietly celebrating his 25th birthday with 20 of his closest friends when Hilton and boyfriend Stavros Niarchos made their way into the VIP section and quickly took over the scene.

Hilton – along with a posse of 25, including MTV star Steve-O – immediately hit the dance floor with her crew as Madonna's "Hung Up" played and started screaming with excitement when DJ Reach began spinning Britney Spears's "I'm a Slave 4 U." And even though she was planning yet another 21st birthday party for Niarchos at the club the following night, she decided to turn it into a bash for him anyway. Steve-O announced that it was Niarchos's birthday as employees emerged with sparklers and bottles of Cristal and the spotlight shined on Hilton and her beau dancing.

A Bloody Good Time

A week after Julia Roberts's Three Days of Rain opened on Broadway, another shower of celebrities hit the star-studded premiere of Lestat, a new musical by Elton John based on Anne Rice's vampire novels. Rice, John and husband David Furnish, Jon Bon Jovi, Constantine Maroulis, Jewel and her rodeo-star boyfriend Ty Murray, Kylie Minogue, Star Jones and Rob Thomas, with wife Marisol, all turned up for the premiere and its afterparty.

And Thomas was thrilled to play fan for the evening: The singer has read all of Rice's books and said, "Oh my god, I can't stop" when ticking off his favorite Elton John albums. Thomas will hit the road himself with Jewel in May, and he'll have Marisol (and their pup Tyler) by his side. "It's like seeing the road with your best friend," Marisol told us. "And I don't have to make that call like, 'Hey, I'm not going to be home in a month,' " added Thomas.
