Lost actress Michelle Rodriguez got out of jail in Hawaii on Friday after serving only 65 hours of her five-day sentence for drunken driving.

The reason for her early exit was because of time spent in custody after her arrest last year, reports the Associated Press. Oahu Community Correctional Center warden Nolan Espinda said inmates receive full credit for any portion of a day served.

Rodriguez, 27, is also serving three years' probation after pleading no contest in 2004 in Los Angeles to three traffic violations, including drunk driving.

Rodriguez, who plays police officer Ana Lucia on the ABC drama, chose the jail time and a fine rather than perform 240 hours of community service. She was also fined $500 on Tuesday, the day she went to jail.

After her sentencing, Rodriguez, dressed in a brown leather jacket and ankle-length white ruffled skirt, apologized for her attitude toward police officers the night of her arrest (she allegedly told an officer: "I don't (expletive) belong here! Why don't you just put a gun to my head and shoot me!").

She said that steroids she's been taking for allergies since she arrived in Hawaii influenced her behavior. She also said she'd learned to drive only for a "racing movie" – presumably 2001's The Fast and the Furious.

Her incarceration was described as uneventful, with Rodriguez sharing dorm space with 60 other female inmates, Espinda said. The actress was permitted to read and watch TV.

Rodriguez and fellow Lost cast member Cynthia Watros were both charged with drunken driving after they were pulled over Dec. 1 in separate cars within 15 minutes of each other.

Watros, who plays Libby, pleaded guilty to drunken driving in January and was fined $312, ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and 14 hours of counseling. She also had her license suspended for 90 days.
