The couple are already parents to daughter Madelaine, 3, and son Max, 4, who is named for a character in Favreau's 2001 comedy Made.
Favreau, 39, and Tillem, 36, a doctor at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, wed on Nov. 24, 2000, in Sonoma, Calif.
Favreau first gained fame with 1996's Swingers, which he wrote and starred in. He has since built a successful career behind the camera, directing movies such as 2003's Elf and 2005's Zathura: A Space Adventure.
