"I'm doing Dancing with the Stars. I'm so excited. I start training for that in July," the Kill Bill actress tells PEOPLE. "It's a wonderful opportunity for me to get paid, get in shape, work some outfits and represent for the sistas. Drop it like it's hot!"
Fox, who made the comment a party on Wednesday in Los Angeles to celebrate the upcoming Turks and Caicos International Film Festival, also said she's "looking forward to it being a challenging experience."
Fox's latest film, The Salon, is due out in the fall. The comedy, about a group of hairdressers and their customers, also stars Terrence Howard and Brooke Burns.
