The Break-Up star, 37, sued Brandt in December, alleging he invaded her privacy through "invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures" – photographing her in her home with a telephoto lens.
Brandt responded that he was standing with his camera on a public street about 300 yards away from Aniston's house when he took the photos.
