• Lost star Josh Holloway, telling us that he often likes to sail away with wife Yessica. "I have a boat and we do go out a lot," he said at a premiere event for his show's third season in Waikiki Beach. And Matthew Fox admits he's also a water baby. "Today we spent (time) on the beach with our two kids – we just hung out and spent a lot of time in the water. From the ocean to the pool, from the pool to the ocean. Pretty awesome." Also on hand for the event: costars Michael Emerson, Yoon-jin Kim, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Terry O'Quinn and Daniel Dae Kim.

• Usher, partying at New York City club Duvet with some of his Chicago castmates. He boogied on the beds around the dance floor until 4 a.m.

• Jodie Foster, dining with a female friend at Alison Restaurant in Bridgehampton, N.Y. They feasted on blue crab and avocado and drank Bordeaux wine (which someone at the bar bought for the actress). "They sat at a corner table and had a lovely happy time," says an onlooker.

• Ryan Gosling, watching the burlesque show at Forty Deuce in Las Vegas.

• Sandra Oh, checking out electronica/trip-hop group Massive Attack's Hollywood Bowl concert with her new beau. Also in the audience: James Franco, who hung out with actress Busy Philipps and other pals.

• Bruce Willis, drinking beer at the bar at New York City's Dublin 6. He chilled there for a couple of hours and talked with the Irish staff.

• Nicollette Sheridan, having a facial at the Jim Wayne Salon in Beverly Hills.

• Adrian Grenier, jetting around South Beach for a fun-filled long weekend. He partied at new lounge-club Mokai with a blonde female friend on Thursday and on Friday dined at Social Miami. Afterwards, he hosted a bash at Ink, a new hot spot. Earlier in the day, the Entourage star also made time to lounge by the pool at The Shore Club. Then on Saturday, he returned to Mokai to hang out some more.

• David Spade, joking around with friends (including Dax Shepard and Kevin Farley) at Hollywood hot spot Les Deux. Also making the scene: Jamie Foxx, Kirsten Dunst, who smoked cigarettes and danced, Dave Navarro, who chatted up an attractive brunette, Edward Norton and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.

• Aaron Carter, shopping with his two sisters at the LF boutique in New York City's SoHo neighborhood. Among his purchases: a Mile-High Kit, which includes a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger, a mini personal massager and massage oil. The House of Carters star clearly has romance on his mind even after calling off his brief engagement to Playboy model Kari Ann Peniche.

• Hilary and Haylie Duff, nibbling on a salad at at Bergdorf Goodman's swanky restaurant BG in New York City.
