• Drew Barrymore and Fabrizio Moretti, nibbling on mini-cupcakes from a decadent dessert bar at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont during Chanel's afterparty for Sofia Coppola's film, Marie Antoinette. The couple also danced together by the bar.

• Grey's Anatomy actress Ellen Pompeo's music producer boyfriend, Christopher Ivery, raving about her at an L.A. party celebrating the season finale of Contender 2. "We have that kind of chemistry that we say what's on our mind," he tells us about their connection. "Relationships are work, but (it's been) four years and couldn't be stronger."

• Superman's Brandon Routh and fiancée Courtney Ford, honoring his Man of Steel predecessor Christopher Reeve and his late wife, Dana, at a tribute sponsored by the Christopher Reeve Foundation at the Beverly Hilton hotel. "They were a great inspiration to me," Routh told us.

• Former Baywatch star Brande Roderick, sharing her upcoming wedding plans (with former Denver Bronco Glenn Cadrez) at the Stuff Style Awards in Hollywood. Of her upcoming summer nuptials, she tells us: "We're definitely going to go somewhere on a beach and get married. I'm a beach girl. That's my lifestyle."

• Smith star Amy Smart and boyfriend Brandon Williams, marking the opening of the Red Pearl Kitchen restaurant/bar in L.A. "I think in any relationship, it's always constantly going through changes, and if you can weather those and grow… I think it can work," she tells us about the success of her relationship.

• Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri, partying with a 15-person entourage late into the night at the one-year anniversary bash for Tao at the Venetian in Las Vegas. The couple arrived after 1 a.m., then Jackson (in Azzedine Alaia) hit the stage, vamping it up with some of her dancers. Meanwhile, Dupri sent dollar bills flying through the air each time the deejay played his songs.

• Jenna Elfman, getting a surprise trip to Las Vegas with husband Bodhi to mark her 35th birthday. The two indulged in some sugar-free chocolate birthday cake at Stack in the Mirage, then headed to Cirque de Soleil's LOVE show.

• Avril Lavigne, celebrating her 22nd birthday at Hyde Lounge in L.A. with husband – and fellow rocker – Deryck Whibley. "He was giving her lots of birthday kisses," a patron tells us. "They looked sweet together."

• Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton, making the rounds in L.A. recently. The couple was spotted dining at The Ivy – "laughing and whispering and having a great time," according to an onlooker – and then, an hour later, at Kitson Men boutique, where "she watched him try on a pair of shirts," a shopper tells us.
