1 box (14.5-oz.) gingerbread mix
¼ cup butter, melted
1 egg
¼ cup all-purpose flour, if needed

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly butter a cookie sheet. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine gingerbread mix, melted butter and egg until dough is smooth. If dough is too soft, add more flour.
2. Roll out dough to ¼" to ½" thickness. Cut dough with a snowflake- or star-shaped cookie cutter. Place cookies 2" apart on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until set.
3. Cool completely on cooling rack. Decorate with tubes of white frosting and dust with crystal sugar.
