1-½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
1-½ tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped fine
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1. Place raw pecans, walnuts and peanuts on baking sheet and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
2. Remove from oven and toss thoroughly in the mixture of salt, pepper, cayenne, sugar, rosemary, butter and olive oil.
3. Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until fragrant. Watch the mixture closely, making sure not to burn it.
