• Leonardo DiCaprio, going holiday shopping with girlfriend Bar Refaeli and actor pal Lukas Haas at Tom's Toys in Beverly Hills.

• Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, "rocking out to (Michael Jackson)'s "Beat It" and (Bruce Springsteen's) "Born to Run" at Hollywood hot spot Teddy's. Said an observer: "They were definitely enjoying each other's company."

• Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, celebrating New York City club Marquee's third-anniversary party surrounded by a group of male friends and a bevy of models. Also on hand: club regular Jamie-Lynn Sigler.

• Demi Moore, dining with a female friend at West Hollywood eatery Il Sole. They feasted on free-range breast of chicken sautéed with herbs, garlic, white wine and butter.

• Ashley Olsen, going Christmas tree shopping at Beverly Hills emporium Mr. Greentree. After finding her perfect tree, "She had a big smile on her face as the Christmas-tree employee picked it up and walked it over to her car," says an onlooker. "She was in a festive mood."

• Christina Ricci, doing some holiday shopping at Hollywood bookstore Borders. "She bought The Lord of The Rings DVD box set and The Complete Cartoons of The New Yorker by Robert Mankoff and wrapped the gifts herself," says an onlooker.

• Paula Abdul, lunching at Bel-Air eatery Sushi House Unico. On the menu: salmon-wrapped papaya with caviar.

• Britney Spears, partying with two gal pals at L.A.'s Hyde Lounge. Also making the scene: Dancing with the Stars winner Cheryl Burke and Adam Brody, who celebrated his 27th birthday. Spears also headed to West Hollywood club Area for a holiday party for Smashbox Cosmetics (as well as a joint birthday celebration for club owner Brent Bolthouse). The pop diva and her crew sipped on Cristal and "were having a blast," says a partygoer. Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan and Jared Leto also attended the star-studded bash.
