Late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin is to be immortalized – as an action figure.

Wild Republic, the nature brand of K&M International, in conjunction with the Irwin family and the Australia Zoo, plans to unveil a talking Irwin figure among its products at the International Toy Fair Feb. 11-14 in New York, the Associated Press reports.

Retail price of the toy, which will spout some of Irwin's trademark phrases, will be $22.

Wild Republic's Toy Fair booth will also feature appearances by Kate and Brian Coulter, members of Irwin's Wildlife Warriors Worldwide charity.

Irwin, 44, died Sept. 4 in Port Douglas, Queensland, when a stingray pierced his heart while he was filming underwater footage for his Discovery Channel series.

His daughter, Bindi Irwin, 8, said in a statement: "We all know that Daddy had an important job. He was working to change the world so everyone would love wildlife like he did. Now it's our turn to help him."

Irwin isn't the only recent figure to make it onto toy shelves: Last week, toy company Mattel announced that it was releasing a Barbie doll inspired by actress Hilary Duff.
