Former Baby Spice Emma Bunton is thrilled that she's expecting a baby of her own – and so are her fellow ex-Spice Girls.
Victoria "Posh" Beckham – a mother of three young sons – tells PEOPLE in a statement, "I am so excited for Emma. It really is fantastic news, and she really will make a perfect Mummy!"
Bunton's close pal Melanie "Sporty" Chisholm was similarly enthusiastic.
Chisholm "is absolutely delighted," her manager tells PEOPLE. "She spent much of the weekend trying to reach Emma, as they kept missing each other. She is overjoyed, thrilled to bits for her. As everyone is."
Bunton, 31, and boyfriend Jade Jones, 27, made their happy announcement Friday.
"I guess I will be handing over the 'Baby' tag now to a deserving little new owner," Bunton said.
