Ray Liotta Arrested on DUI Charge

Ray Liotta hit two parked cars while driving an SUV in Los Angeles Sunday night and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, police tell PEOPLE.

"Mr. Liotta was cooperative and was arrested without incident," Officer Mike Lopez says. "There were no injuries."

Liotta, 52, was driving alone in a silver Cadillac Escalade in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood around 8 p.m. when the accident occurred.

"Officers conducted a test on Mr. Liotta and determined he was under the influence of something, we don't know exactly what yet," Officer Lopez said.

Liotta was booked and posted $15,000 bail. His court date is set for March 19.
