• Madonna, dining out with husband Guy Ritchie at London Italian restaurant Cecconi's. The pop star has been working hard for her supper: Her recently-released clothing line for H&M has been selling well – and the pieces have already hit eBay.

• Matthew McConaughey and Lance Armstrong, reuniting in Hollywood. The once-inseparable pals started the evening at West Hollywood restaurant Ago where, according to a diner, they "looked like best buds." On the menu: Bistecca Alla Florentina, pizza and wild mushroom risotto. Next up, the duo headed to new Hollywood hot spot Parc, where McConaughey danced up a storm with a female clubgoer by the deejay booth. "His moves were erratic and entertaining. He was spinning the brunette around," an onlooker tells us. Meanwhile, Armstrong hung out at a table with a large group.

• Dr. McDreamy himself, Patrick Dempsey, soaking up the love from a middle-aged female fan at the W Hotel in Brentwood, Calif. As the actor walked through the lobby, the admirer ran up to him and screamed, "Oh my god! I love you!" and offered him a hug, which Dempsey graciously accepted. After thanking her for watching Grey's Anatomy, he left and zoomed off in his silver sports car.

• Vince Vaughn, having a guys' night out with friends at Teddy's at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on his 37th birthday (on March 28). The actor and his pals were perched at a banquette, where they enjoyed bottle service. Later in the evening, the actor danced with two female revelers to the 70s hit "Stuck in the Middle With You," and later escorted them to the bar.

• Drew Barrymore, indulging in lobster corn dogs and sharing a New York steak with Cameron Diaz and another pal at Republic in West Hollywood. According to an onlooker, the trio laughed and chatted throughout their meal.
