• Demi Moore, chatting with pal Penelope Cruz at Bungalow 8 in New York late into the morning. (The friends walked in after 2 a.m.) The inseparable bunch was also joined by Moore's hubby, Ashton Kutcher, and the group snagged a table on the left toward the back. Also making the Bungalow 8 scene: Lindsay Lohan and close pal (or is it 'Best' friend?) Calum Best. The duo also made it to Stereo where they danced together.
• Magician David Blaine, surprising patrons at Nikki Midtown in Manhattan with an impromptu magic show. After hanging out incognito with friends, Blaine, sans hat and shades, sidled up to an unsuspecting guest with a deck of cards and the old "pick a card" routine. For two hours, trick after trick ensued – and Blaine kept an after-hours crowd enraptured. Patrons made several attempts to buy the illusionist a drink but he only had a club soda.
• Heidi Klum, husband Seal and their family, flying home to L.A. on Alaska Airlines after a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Also in their first-class traveling brood: Heidi's mother and her other extended family (only speaking German). When the plane landed, the pair played dutiful parents, with Seal holding son Henry, 20 months, by the hand as Heidi looked after daughter Leni, 3. But baby Johan, 5 months, slept peacefully on his grandmother's chest. An onlooker tells us that Klum – in little or no makeup – was strikingly gorgeous. But we knew that.
