David Hasselhoff Jokes About Drunken Video

Appearing before a theater full of America's Got Talent contestants on Wednesday, David Hasselhoff got straight to the point.

"Anybody know where I can get a hamburger?" he joked.

The quip, delivered with relish by the Talent judge, helped break the ice at the show'd taping at the Planet Hollywood Theater in Las Vegas. And the crowd of show-biz wannabes ate it up, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

It was one of the Hoff's first appearances since the release of a widely publicized video that shows him dressed only in a pair of jeans, lying on the floor of a Vegas hotel and devouring a hamburger while appearing to be a state of extreme intoxication.

The video was shot by his daughter while he was in Las Vegas appearing in The Producers.

On May 7, Hasselhoff, 54, temporarily lost visitation rights with his daughters, Taylor Ann, 16 and Hayley, 14, after the video surfaced and was discussed in court. A lawyer for his ex-wife, Pamela Bach, also requested that the judge force Hasselhoff into rehab.

A hearing is set for May 21.
