• Fresh off a flight from Vienna, Adam Brody paid a visit to Southampton, where he scouted out the nightlife scene. The O.C. star stopped by the club Dune with some male friends. The groups sat at the table by the deejay booth, and Brody sat up on the banquette all night while his friends danced to the music spun by DJ Reach, before taking off at 2:30 a.m.
• Elton John, clapping and cheering at Amy Winehouse's concert at London's Shepherds Bush Empire along with partner David Furnish. During the gig, the pair was joined by shoe designer pal Patrick Cox. Also enjoying the Brit soul diva's set: a casually attired David Schwimmer, who chatted with Winehouse's father and friends at the venue's bar following the show.

• At the official after party for the Miss Universe competition at China Grill Mexico City, Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey were out to party. "They were very much on vacation," a source tells us, adding, "They were inseparable – didn't let go of each other's hands the entire night." Also in the house: a solo Mario Lopez, who spent the night sipping vodka and keeping it low-key. But the first to arrive to the party: pageant co-owner Donald Trump, acting "beyond friendly to everybody" while sipping on Pellegrino.
