Heche, 37, and Coley Laffoon, 33, will pass son Homer back and forth every few days in Los Angeles until July 22, when Laffoon will bring Homer to Vancouver to spend the summer with his mom while she works on her show Men in Trees.
They also agreed to "refrain from making derogatory remarks" about each other in front of their child, according to the Superior Court stipulation filed May 22 and released by the court on Wednesday.
According to various court documents, Laffoon, who filed for divorce in February, is seeking as much as $45,000 a month from Heche, and alleges that she's emotionally unstable.
Heche responded with her own filing claiming that Laffoon leaves Homer with nannies while he looks at Internet porn and seems more interested in money than in Homer's future.
In the new court documents, both sides agree that Heche will pay Laffoon $19,000 in support for the month of May. The two are scheduled for mediation on June 5 and for a hearing on June 11.
