Couples Watch: Usher & Tameka, Drew & Spike...

• Usher and his stylist fiancée Tameka Foster, shopping for sunglasses at the Solstice Sunglass Boutique in Beachwood, Ohio. The singer was especially interested in the newest aviator shades – and he left the store with five new pairs. Later in the week, Usher had a chance to model his frames at the 30th birthday bash for pal Kanye West.

• Man of the hour – Kanye West, feting himself at a star-studded bash along with fiancée Alexis Phifer. At the soiree (held at a New York Louis Vuitton store) the rapper performed while Phifer – and his Mother, Dr. Donda West – cheered from the left side of the stage. And Phifer got into the party spirit, dancing with her hands in the air to jams like "Touch The Sky."

• Jennie Garth, sharing an early dinner with hubby Peter Facinelli at Eight-18 in Toluca Lake. The cozy couple ate a light meal and had a glass of wine.

• Drew Barrymore and director beau Spike Jonze, shopping together at a Virgin Megastore in Hollywood. As Jonze purchased three DVDs, an observer tells us, "They were corny with each other." Adds the observer: "When he was paying she kissed him on the cheek."

• Just days before he was dropped from Grey's Anatomy, Isaiah Washington focused his attention on his wife Jenisa. The couple dined at Santa Monica's One Pico restaurant at the Shutters on the Beach hotel, enjoying an ocean view at their table as they talked passionately over red wine and Pellegrino.
