• Billy Ray Cyrus, handing out a head shot of his famous daughter Miley Cyrus (a.k.a. Disney's Hannah Montana) to a young fan on a recent Nashville to Los Angeles flight. The charming Dancing with the Stars contestant also won over at least one new admirer: "I have never been a Billy Ray Cyrus fan before – but I am now," says a passenger. "I am going on iTunes when I get home!" Also aboard: onetime Bachelor Bob Guiney, who preferred to keep to himself, reading and sleeping.

• Kevin Connolly, recently named one of PEOPLE's Hottest Bachelors, feting his first ever magazine cover during a private dinner at The Friar's Club in New York. The Hamptons cover guy and Entourage star also fielded some impromptu questions about his costars. "Wherever I go people ask, 'Are you guys really friends?' " he told the crowd. "And we are."

• Rosario Dawson, sipping nonalcoholic fruit cocktails during a garden party at London's chic Hempel Hotel for Le Touessrok, an exclusive Mauritius resort. There with a stylist pal, Dawson told us she was excited for the Glastonbury music festival. "Shirley Bassey is performing, I couldn't miss that," she said. Also there: Kimberly Stewart (with sister Ruby), noshing on sushi canapés and enjoying white wine.

• Kate Bosworth, entertaining friends in the summer sun at the Chateau Marmont's courtyard. And an onlooker tells us that Bosworth, clad in a white silky dress, was so funny, she "had the whole table tearing with laughter."

• Kelly Osbourne, showing off her new hot pink hairdo while on her way into Hollywood hot spot Hyde. Osbourne – ever the social butterfly – flitted around the room excitedly as she ran into old friends.
