Fresh from
her
tour, Fergie, hanging out with friends at New York
hotspot Butter in a black-and-white floral dress. The singer wasn't the
only attraction at the packed club:
Jamie-Lynn Sigler, in a red
flowy blouse, denim shorts and gold gladiator sandals, hung out with
Michelle Trachtenberg. (Sigler's boyfriend,
Scott Sartianoco-owns the club, while Trachtenberg
is dating a Butter manager.) The ladies got busy on the dance floor, rocking to songs by Jay-Z ("Money
Ain't A Thing") and Timbaland ("Give It To Me"). Meanwhile, rapper
Lil Jon stood atop the banquette dancing – all with a large
entourage in tow.
A newly 21
Ashley Olsen and a fortysomething
woman, enjoying the Japanese cuisine at Nobu Malibu. The duo ate sushi from
a long, ceramic plate, topped with an assortment of cut rolls. Also dining
together at Nobu:
Cheryl Hines and her hubby.
Martha Stewart, buying fresh, made-by-hand mozzarella at
East Hampton's restaurant Tutto Italiano. Stewart also ordered two specialty
pizzas during her stop there. She also was spotted dining with two friends at Nick & Toni's, and the group feasted on zucchini chips, arugula salad, Fedelini pasta with saffron mussels, black grouper, rib eye steak and swordfish.

Just before production gears back up for NBC's
Heroes, the cast took time to celebrate
Missy Peregrym's 25th birthday at
the Roxy in Los Angeles. With date (and Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback)
Ben Roethlisberger by her side, the actress, in a black tank
top and Christian Louboutin pumps, told us, "It's a big deal that everyone
made about [my birthday,] . . . I think it's going to be a lot of
fun." And even
young costar Noah Gray-Cabey joined in on the festivities –which featured music by band Another Big Machine.
The cast of the upcoming film
Hairspray –
Queen Latifah, Zac Efron, Amanda Bynes and others – conversing in a
sing-song manner over a meal at West Hollywood's Koi. (Hey, they did just
film a musical!) According to an onlooker, the group started talking in
"high-pitched, musical voices, questioning and answering each other." The
friendly bunch couldn't stay in tune for too long, though. They kept
bursting into laughter, the onlooker tells us.
