The hotel heiress, 23, spent roughly $3 million for the 4,000-sq.-ft., three-bedroom, 1940s-vintage traditional-style home, which is considered relatively modest – at least for a great-granddaughter of hotel tycoon Conrad Hilton.
Even so, given the area's hip restaurants and boutiques, she chose a trendy neighborhood.
Also under her roof: four and a half bathrooms, a combination office-gym, a family room for entertaining and a "nondescript" swimming pool, according to the Times.
