For Kelly Osbourne, a good man may be hard to find, but at least she's found a good role.

A newly trim-looking Osbourne, 22, has signed on to costar in the musical Chicago in London's West End, the Associated Press reports. She will play Mama Morton, the prison matron, for a seven-week run. Her first performance is set for Sept. 10.

"It's been a dream of mine to be in the West End," Osbourne tells London's Daily Mail. "I can't wait to work with such an amazing cast."

The former reality-TV star and daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne has had well-publicized battles with her weight over the years. But she reportedly has been dieting vigorously in preparation for the Chicago role.

While living in London, Osbourne has complained to the British press that English guys are "a bit wimpy and a bit girlie." But there is nothing wimpy about Mama Morton, memorably portrayed by Queen Latifah in the Oscar-winning 2002 film. The character's philosophy: "When you're good to Mama, Mama's good to you."

The London production of Chicago has a history of welcoming celebrity guests. Last year, Ashlee Simpson made her West End debut in the same show, playing Roxie Hart to rave reviews.
