• Also dining together: Beyoncé and beau Jay-Z. The pair took a low-key dinner upstairs in the balcony at New York eatery BLT Prime after arriving in Jay-Z's Maybach (with curtains in the windows!). A fellow diner tells us, "They looked totally at ease with each other. " During their meal, the couple sipped red wine, and Beyoncé talked animatedly with her hands while her Jay-Z did a lot of listening.
• E! News' Giuliana Depandi and her fiancé Bill Rancic (from The Apprentice), taking a rare getaway to the St. Regis Resort Monarch Beach in Dana Point, Calif., together. Spending their downtime in total relaxation mode, the two received a Swedish couples massage and dined together at the Stonehill Tavern.

• Actor Donovan Leitch, ringing in his 40th birthday with wife Kirsty Hume and plenty of celebrity pals, during a Hpnotiq-sponsored bash at The Mulholland Tennis Club in Los Angeles. "I feel like it’s my 40th bar mitzvah!" the birthday guy joked with his party guests, which included Eric Dane, Matthew Perry and Amber Valletta. Meanwhile, Hume offered her hubby two birthday gifts: a framed photograph of Donovan’s parents taken by Richard Avedon and a leather-bound album of photos from throughout his life.
• Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber, sharing a perfect day at the beach with her new son, Alexander. The couple lounged at pal Jon Favreau's beach house where Schreiber was very doting, making sure his son was kept in the shade and that Watts was happy. After spending their day at the beach, the pair hit up Taverna Tony, a Greek restaurant in Malibu, where they ate with six friends on the patio. Despite some interruptions from the paparazzi, the family finished their dinner, and Watts looked radiant in white, an onlooker tells us.
