John O'Hurley of Spamalot is selling a house fit for a king.

O'Hurley, who also starred on Dancing with the Stars, played J. Peterman on Seinfeld and hosts TV's Family Feud, has placed on the market his 5,400-square-foot, five-bedroom Italian villa in Beverly Hills for $6.2 million.

"It is a magical place, set on a third of an acre, minutes from the Beverly Hills Hotel and Rodeo Drive," said Kathleen Wright, the Coldwell Banker broker who is handling the sale, "and it is completely private and another world set in an urban environment." (Click here for a photo tour.)

O'Hurley oversaw a total renovation of the villa, which was originally built in 1924, and is set amid manicured fica trees, roses, geraniums, palm trees and night-blooming jasmine. A wrought iron gate opens to a six-car courtyard.

The villa also has Japanese silk wall coverings; ebonized wood flowing; crown moldings, a massive stone fireplace and an infinity pool and spa. The kitchen has a Wolf oven, two side-by-side Sub Zero refrigerator-freezers. Just off the kitchen is a wine cellar and the maid's quarters and an side entry to the newly renovated guest house.

O'Hurley, who took over the role of King Arthur in the Las Vegas production of Spamalot at The Wynn last March, has also added a studio quality audio-visual system to the home and a family room media theater that is equipped with a DVD players, VCR and a giant projector screen.
