reports that the husband and wife "are currently in talks" with show producers to strut their stuff in the high-stepping, vaudeville-style musical, Spelling's rep told the paper.
Her rep confirms to PEOPLE that an offer was made, but Spelling, 34, and McDermott, 40, have not yet committed to it. The pair, who were in New York this week for Fashion Week, also went to see the show while they were in town.
The pair already star together on their Oxygen network reality series, Tori & Dean: Inn Love
, based on their antics running a California B&B

Spelling and McDermott would presumably – and respectively – play the roles of Roxie Hart, the murderous heroine of the story, and that of her crooked lawyer, Billy Flynn.
