Russell Crowe Gets a Hollywood Welcome in D.C. | Russell Crowe
Russell Crowe got a good, old-fashioned Hollywood welcome in a most unlikely place – a Washington, D.C., suburb.

This week, a family in Annapolis, Md., greeted the 3:10 to Yuma star, 43, with a miniature version of the "HOLLYWOOD" sign on their front lawn, which is next door to the location where he's shooting his new movie, reports The Washington Post's Reliable Source column.

On Wednesday night, says the paper, the Wuest family put up a two-foot version of the famous white wooden letters that spell out the name of the movie capital. They also set up a picnic table laid out with snacks.

Crowe's reaction? He came over and talked to them for half an hour, as well as signed autographs.

The movie Crowe is making next door to the Wuest's home is Body of Lies, directed by Ridley Scott and costarring Leonardo DiCaprio – who, according to The Post, has yet to make a neighborly appearance.
