• Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo, strolling hand-in-hand after a romantic dinner together in Manhattan. Perhaps he was picking up tips for his own eatery? Recently, Lachey announced he would be entering the restaurant business with a Las Vegas spot called The Company.

• Diddy, moonwalking for a star-studded group outside the 50 Years of GQ party at Cedar Lake in New York. "I came here to toast it up with Kanye," the music mogul told us at the bash. And he was indeed joined by Kanye West, Jay-Z and fellow music honcho L.A. Reid. The foursome flashed No. 1 signs with their fingers as they talked. Inside the bash, West performed for a crowd including Cindy Crawford and singer James Blunt. Another guest of honor at the fete: West's fiancée Alexis Phifer, who told us that a wedding will "be [happening] sooner than later."

• Kate Winslet, dressed stylishly in all black, with husband Sam Mendes, taking in the off-Broadway show Scarcity at the Atlantic Theatre Company in New York. "She looked very pretty – like she was part of an arty crowd," an observer says.

Wakiya

• Bruce Willis, dining at Wakiya, the Gramercy Park Hotel's posh new eatery in a baseball cap. Inside, the low-key actor – who dined with a male friend and Richie Notar (a managing partner of Nobu) – seemed to be in good spirits, according to a source, even joking about dropping his cell phone in the toilet. Adds the source: "He was really mellow – but he seemed to be having a good time."

• Johnny Knoxville, doing some solo shopping at Fred Segal in Santa Monica. His purchase? After making a few rounds through the store, the Jackass star picked up a Steelo blazer.
