Not that the New Zealand-born musician, 39, is leaving Tennessee – or even the country music capital. "They've found land within Nashville and they're very excited about moving into their new place," says his spokesman.
The four-bedroom, five-bath house on the market, as was first reported by the New York Post's Page Six column, carries a $2.5 million price tag and contains a gym, pool and spa.
As described by the realtor French Christianson Patterson on a Web site that lists the property, the residence was built in 2004, has 10 rooms in all and was "recently completed, landscaped & decorated for most discriminating clients. Interior spaces flow freely & offer spectacular hillside views."
No word yet on where the husband and wife will next make their move in Nashville.
