Picks and Pans Review: Aquaman, Downloadable TV

No, Entourage fans, this has nothing to do with the fake James Cameron movie of that name. Aquaman, from the producers of Smallville, is the pilot for a WB series that never got off the ground—or onto dry land. Now it's available on iTunes, and in that format it kicks up a nice little kiddie-pool splash. Justin Hartley plays a guy who can swim as fast as a torpedo. That's because he's really a prince of the underwater kingdom of Atlantis. The thing is dumber than a carp, but it has energy and amusing effects.
