Lights, Camera ... Baby!

If you want to know about the latest celebrity scandal, don't ask Nancy O'Dell. "The other day someone said to me, 'So what's up with Lindsay Lohan?'" says the Access Hollywood host, 41, who gave birth to her first child, daughter Ashby Grace, on June 11. "I said, 'I have no idea, but if you want to know how to change a diaper, I'll be happy to tell you!'"
Switching from reporting on stars to doting on her baby has been a joy for O'Dell, who is also stepmom to husband Keith Zubchevich's sons Tyler, 12, and Carson, 8, from his first marriage. "She's a natural," says Zubchevich, 38, a business exec. "She knows by the way Ashby cries if she needs to be fed or have her diaper changed."
With three boys in the house, O'Dell has been female-bonding with Ashby. "Her wardrobe already rivals mine," she says of her baby's closet, including dresses from pal Halle Berry. "And she loves Keith's foot massages. He now has little feet and big feet to rub."
That TLC will come in handy in September, when O'Dell returns to work. To get back into shape, she works out three times a week with a trainer doing ballet-based exercises and has lost 24 of her 30 lbs. of pregnancy weight. As for her meals, she says, "Breast-feeding is the best diet [plan]. I want to eat healthy for Ashby, so it's easy to say no to pizza." But Mom's in no rush to finish maternity leave. "I keep flashing a little light on her at night just to look at her," says O'Dell. "It's love like I've never felt before. My life is finally complete."
