BIG LOVE
9 P.M. | HBO
Season wrap-up for what turned out to be summer's best drama. (Good news: There'll be a Season 3.) Will Alby Grant, the smarmy ferret played by Matt Ross, run the polygamists' compound? Will Bill Henrickson (Bill Paxton) gain control of the sinful video-gambling business? Which holy roller will take a tumble?
ARMY WIVES
10 P.M. | LIFETIME

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 29
CRAZY SEXY CANCER
9 P.M. | TLC

LAST COMIC STANDING
9 P.M. | NBC
These four contestants walk into a bar—actually, onto a stage, with viewers in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Australia voting. The show, which names a winner Sept. 19, has been renewed. No joke.
THURSDAY, AUG. 30
CELEBRITY RAP SUPERSTAR
10 P.M. | MTV
Call it Rapping with the Stars. Tone Loc and Warren G are among the mentors in rhythm and rhyme. Nonrappers will include Shar Jackson, Kendra Wilkinson (The Girls Next Door) and Sebastian Bach.
GREY'S ANATOMY
9 P.M. | ABC
In case it hasn't sunk in that Seattle Grace will no longer enjoy Kate Walsh's beauty next season—and I'll tell you, it hasn't—ABC rebroadcasts the two-parter (with Tim Daly) that set up her spinoff, Private Practice.
