In the driver's seat at the 2007 ALMA Awards (which aired June 5), host Eva Longoria
had her own fashion pit crew to help her into—and out of—16 outfits, each gown by a Latino designer. With an average of four minutes to redo not only her dress but also shoes, jewels, makeup and hair, "I stand there naked, and they strip me down and build me back up," she says. "It's a little stressful—but total fun." Agrees her stylist Robert Verdi: "We laugh the whole time."
