It may be 2007, but stars still want to party like it's 1999. Legions of A-list fans made the first of PRINCE's five sold-out shows at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel the place to be June 23. HILARY SWANK and boyfriend John Campisi danced alongside TOPHER GRACE and JOHN LEGEND while PENELOPE CRUZ proved to be the musician's biggest fan, begging for encores and singing along (with closed eyes) to tunes like "Nothing Compares 2 U." The actress, who chatted with DIDDY for much of the night, was even serenaded by the Purple One with a rousing guitar solo. After the concert finally wound down around 2:20 a.m., Cruz was the last to leave.

Just weeks after he split from KATE HUDSON, OWEN WILSON has been spotted with an unidentified brunette touring Rome by bike and dining at the romantic Hotel de Russie. Could it be the same woman he hung with in Paris on June 14 (right)? You decide.

MARY-LOUISE PARKER and her Weeds costar JEFFREY DEAN MORGAN have split. "It didn't work out," Morgan (who also played Denny on Grey's Anatomy) told PEOPLE at the June 25 Kabluey premiere. "Wrong time in both our lives."

Much like her ex, KATE HUDSON seems to be loving the single life. She danced nonstop during the June 21 Stride gum party at Teddy's, at one point writhing suggestively before her gal pals to GWEN STEFANI's "The Sweet Escape."

Friends? Who knew? When JENNIFER ANISTON spotted DEMI MOORE at the ONE Sunset bash for self-help author Laura Day June 19, she ran over for a hug—and the two were inseparable all night.
