TARGET MARKET: Fans of Target's designer collaborations are getting a twofer this month with trendy clothing label Libertine and accessories designer Devi Kroell both launching limited-edition collections at the chain. Hayden Panettiere already snagged this vintage-style Libertine for Target dress while Salma Hayek is a fan of Devi Kroell's faux-snakeskin pieces. The lines are available through September....
