"This is the perfect opportunity for me to tell the world that gastric bypass is not magic," says Wilson, 38, who lost 150 lbs. after the August 1999 procedure. "I had gained 20 lbs. back before I got pregnant, then 70 lbs. with the pregnancy. I needed that final push and I couldn't do it on my own."
"I love the [Fit Club] challenges," says the 33-year-old Family Ties star, who also packed on the pounds during pregnancy (daughter Lillian was born last October). "When you work hard at something and get results, it's life-changing."
"When I'm doing these feats with my teammates, and I'm the last guy coming in, it's bothering me," says the ex-Sopranos star, who blames snacking and eating out for his weight gain. "I'm 60 years old, but I'm not going to use that as an excuse."
"My wife would go to the gym and I'd wave good-bye," says Lange, 58, who played Isaac the bartender on The Love Boat. But now Lange's ready to "give 100 percent" to the Club. "If I lose more [weight]], then I can get my Cinnabon."
"I'm the biggest girl on the show, and the most likely to be in last place," says soul singer Stone, 44, who suffered from sarcoidosis and gained weight from her medication. "It's a challenge, but I love a challenge."
"I would work out, but I wouldn't eat right," says the 34-year-old rapper. But Fit Club changed his tune. "We do crazy stuff, but I love it. I'm a maniac. There is not a thing I can't do!"
For Turturro, 44, establishing a fitness routine has been difficult. "You've got to exercise and diet," says the NYPD Blue vet. "It's a way of life. My way of life had been smoking cigars and having a plate of macaroni."
"I milked my pregnancy for everything it was worth," says the former Playmate, 36, who gave birth in January. "I did yoga, I ate everything that was good for [the baby] ... and then I went to McDonald's."
