As BRITNEY SPEARS wraps up her third week in rehab, she seems to be getting a lot of support from the men in her life: her two sons, Sean Preston, 18 months, and Jayden James, 6 months, were brought to visit her at least twice last week at the Malibu Promises center by estranged husband KEVIN FEDERLINE, who has also been in her corner. "He still cares a lot about her," says a source close to Federline. Now ex-boyfriend ISAAC COHEN (who dated Spears briefly after her separation) is joining the well-wishers. "Rehab is the best thing for her [and] her children," the model told PEOPLE March 9 at a Cubavera Sportwear party in Glendale, Calif. Cohen also had a message for Spears: "You and your family are in my prayers."

PARIS'S B.F.F. OF THE WEEK

NICOLE RICHIE and KIMBERLY STEWART? So over! PARIS HILTON's latest partner in partying is House of Wax costar ELISHA CUTHBERT. On March 9 (right), the pair danced and drank shots at Les Deux, then hit a house party until 4 a.m. The next day, they boutique-hopped at Petro Zilla and Milk. What brings them together? "Paris thinks Elisha is a good person and very genuine," says a source. "And they're neighbors! Elisha lives right up the block in the Hollywood Hills."

One vacation was not enough for reunited duo NICOLE KIDMAN and KEITH URBAN, who followed up their luxurious St. Bart's getaway with a jaunt to Las Vegas. They shared a March 8 dinner at Nobu, then took in the Cirque du Soleil show Love. Says a source: "They were so cute."

Grey's Anatomy's ERIC DANE was more McFlurry than McSteamy at Idaho's Fairmont Tamarack Resorts, where he recently snowboarded with pals MATT LEINART and JASON LEWIS.

NICK CANNON played deejay at Victoria's Secret's Pink Spring Break bash in Miami on March 7 as model girlfriend SELITA EBANKS grooved along. He told Insider, "We're happily happy."
