POSH PUPS: Because sometimes a designer doggie collar just isn't fabulous enough: L.A.-based pet clothing designer Little Lily just launched a Red Carpet Collection inspired by this year's Oscar fashions. Jennifer Lopez and Reese Witherspoon's gowns are among the knockoffs; Lopez's Chihuahua Reina already has a version of her owner's bejeweled Marchesa....
