POSH PUPS: Because sometimes a designer doggie collar just isn't fabulous enough: L.A.-based pet clothing designer Little Lily just launched a Red Carpet Collection inspired by this year's Oscar fashions. Jennifer Lopez and Reese Witherspoon's gowns are among the knockoffs; Lopez's Chihuahua Reina already has a version of her owner's bejeweled Marchesa....

IN BLOOM: She may be the star of Weeds, but Mary-Louise Parker teamed with Alexis Bittar to create a lovely flower brooch, inspired by Perrier-Jouët's Fleur de Champagne bottle. L.A. FASHION WEEK SHORT TAKES: The week's hottest ticket so far was Zac Posen's show, hosted by Saks Fifth Avenue: Demi Moore and Kate Walsh attended....
