LANCE ARMSTRONG and MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY may soon need a bicycle built for four. At the April 27 backyard bash marking the Lance Armstrong Foundation's 10th anniversary in Austin, the biking buddies both squired their new girlfriends: Armstrong strolled his lush lawn with an arm around fashion designer TORY BURCH, while McConaughey snuggled with model CAMILA ALVES as LYLE LOVETT performed. Neither star would dish on their new dates—but they would happily gush about each other. "Matthew is incredibly loyal," says Armstrong. His pal adds, "Lance attacks life. That's my favorite thing about him."

Must be inconvenient having an arch-nemesis on the same party circuit. Just ask LINDSAY LOHAN and PARIS HILTON. First, at the Armani Exchange A/X Sunglasses launch party on April 25 in Hollywood, the two took turns sitting with mutual pal NICOLE RICHIE. At the GQ Lounge in the Viceroy Palm Springs hotel April 27, Hilton chatted up Lohan ex HARRY MORTON in full view of the starlet. (She, meanwhile, was schmoozing with movie producer Randall Emmett.) When their paths crossed again at the Music Loves Fashion bash April 29, Lohan seemed fed up, says a source. "Lindsay wanted her out."

ROSARIO DAWSON's recipe for a perfect party? She served up slices of her mom Isabel's homemade lasagna at N.Y.C. club Home after the premiere of her thriller Descent. (Isabel assured the crowd that their plates were made from recycled materials.)

WHITNEY HOUSTON, 43, and singer RAY J, 26, dined à deux at L.A.'s Crustacean restaurant April 26. "I love Whitney," he tells Insider. "We're just good friends—I would say best friends."

A gaggle of girls from New York University mobbed former O.C. star ADAM BRODY for photos and autographs as he shopped at Manhattan clothing store Chip & Pepper April 24. He managed to escape when helpful staffers hustled him out a back door.
