IT'S A DIRTY JOB, BUT ...
Sophia Bush did it. While filming the thriller The Hitcher
both her character and her wardrobe took a beating. "We wore the same clothes for a couple of days in a row," explains Bush, 24. "One day Zach [Knighton, who costars] looked at me and said, 'We smell,' and I said, 'I know!' We were also covered in dirt and blood and filth." The good thing about working closely with another actor? "I don't think anyone noticed except for us."
MANDY: LESS IS MOORE
Actress and singer Mandy Moore
had larger-than-life body issues to deal with while filming her new comedy Because I Said So. "I'm super self-conscious," confesses Moore, 22, who in one scene had to wear just a thong. "What girl feels comfortable about having her butt on a gigantic movie screen?" Both Moore and costar Lauren Graham "were petrified," the actress admits. "We kept thinking, 'Should we have body doubles or do it ourselves?' In the end, we all just decided to dive right in and go for it. Why not?"

1 YOU'RE ONLY 17; WILL YOU TAKE TIME OFF TO GO TO COLLEGE?
Actually enrolling in a college campus and going to school? That won't happen. With my ability to woo girls, it will be [impossible] to concentrate.
2 SO FLIRTING IS PREVENTING FURTHER EDUCATION?
I'm just saying, when you've got thousands of girls turning around looking at you and talking to you in the classroom, it's kind of difficult.
3 HOW WOULD A GIRL GET YOUR ATTENTION?
I like somebody who has class and who respects themselves and will understand my music situation and not be like, "Oh, you never spend time with me." I need somebody who's going to understand that I'm not always going to be there.
