MISCHA'S NEXT STEP
Keds—which has had Mischa Barton as the face of its line since 2005—is adding another bit of freshness to its 90-year-old brand. Nanette Lepore, famous for her breezy, feminine styles, is launching a shoe collection for the brand beginning in February, featuring whimsical prints and tongue-in-cheek designs. Says Barton: "Nanette was really able to add her own fun, girly take on [Keds'] sporty design."

FACTORY GIRL
Sienna Miller may be a ringer for Edie Sedgwick in Factory Girl, but costume designer John Dunn didn't want to dress "a wax museum copy" of the '60s It Girl. "Fifty percent of the outfits are fantasy versions of what Edie would have worn," says Dunn, who mixed vintage and contemporary pieces to riff on Sedgwick's signature look. "She loved to wear black tights, a fur coat, some fabulous earrings and then head out the door." Real-life fashionista Miller's take on the wardrobe? "I wanted to keep the whole thing!"
