In one of TV's most ambitious endeavors, BBC and TIME-LIFE Television will air all Shakespeare's 37 plays over six years. This production, with Richard Pasco as Brutus, Keith Michell as Mark Antony and Charles Gray as Caesar, starts things slowly. The acting is florid and the production too stagy for TV. But all's well that ends well, and what other series has 36 scripts like Hamlet, King Lear and Romeo and Juliet lying around?
