The title refers to an off-key, black-and-white vocal duet (Debbie Allen and Martha Smith) and Nick Jade (Bert Convy), a private eye who manages them on the side. There's lots of intrigue, but it's all dissipated and predictable. Frankie Valli and David Brenner turn up as themselves.
