In 1977, before he restrained his dadaist tendencies to fit into the prime-time Taxi, comic Andy Kaufman made this special—which the baffled networks never aired. Thanks to the recent Kaufman boomlet, however, this rarity of a show is getting at least a late-night slot. Many of Andy's routines are familiar by now, but his uncanny Elvis impersonation and "talk show" interview of Cindy Williams are not to be missed.
