Young comic Jimmy Brogan stars in this new sitcom as an angel named Random dispatched to Chicago to aid a family of five orphans. In his early time slot, Brogan's video sleight of hand should delight the kiddies but leave adults unmoved. To hype tonight's debut, Robin Williams makes a cameo appearance as Mork. Interestingly, Brogan is the newest discovery of hot agents Charles Joffe and Jack Rollins, who represent Woody Allen and last year launched none other than Robin Williams.
