Picks and Pans Review: Struck by Lightning (premiere)

Jeffrey Kramer, a young science teacher, inherits an old inn whose caretaker, Jack Elam, is the Frankenstein monster. Kramer and the walleyed Elam are total opposites—but the odd couple has been done, and in this case sitcom success does not deserve to strike twice.
