Picks and Pans Review: Mayflower: the Pilgrims' Adventure

Dramatizing the crossing is fine, but this TV movie was plotted like a pre-shuffleboard Love Boat. Jenny Agutter and Michael Beck are lovers, but dashing Miles Standish (David Dukes) has designs on her; his wife (Trish Van Devere) is a cripple. On the bright side, Charo doesn't appear as a Pilgrim.
